These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all tickets purchased for Dara Loka, including the main event and the pre-event session Ruang Dara. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you agree to all sections below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending Daraloka or Ruang Dara means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase a ticket or attend.
2. Eligibility
Daraloka and Ruang Dara are open to attendees of all ages. There is no minimum age requirement and no guardian consent requirement. By registering, you confirm you are personally able to understand and agree to these Terms, including the documentation consent in Section 7.
3. Ticket Validity
Each ticket bundle includes only the activities listed at the time of purchase (see bundle descriptions on the ticketing page).
Tickets are valid only for the date and session stated at purchase.
Upgrading between bundle tiers after purchase is not possible.
Each ticket grants entry for one (1) person only.
4. Payment & Confirmation
All payments are processed through Mayar.id. Daraloka does not store your payment information directly.
A ticket is considered confirmed only once payment is successfully completed and a confirmation is received.
It is your responsibility to ensure the details entered at checkout (name, email, contact number) are accurate, as your e-ticket will be issued based on this information.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds, regardless of reason, including inability to attend, schedule conflicts, or change of mind.
Ticket transfer is allowed. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify the Dara Loka team with the new attendee's details before the event date so the e-ticket can be reissued.
In the event Dara Loka or Ruang Dara is cancelled or postponed by the organizing team, attendees will be notified and an alternative arrangement (rescheduled attendance or credit) will be offered. Cash refunds in this scenario will be considered case-by-case.
6. Code of Conduct
Daraloka and Ruang Dara are built as a safe space ("ruang aman"). All attendees, fighters, facilitators, and organizers are expected to follow the Daraloka Community Rules, including but not limited to:
No discrimination, bullying, or violence in any form.
Respect for differing opinions; no one is required to share if they are not comfortable.
Confidentiality — stories shared by others inside the space must not be shared outside without permission.
Respect for personal energy and limits — anyone may step away or take a pause during a session.
The Dara Loka organizing team reserves the right to remove any attendee from the event, at its sole discretion and without refund, if their behavior is found to violate these rules. Each case will be assessed individually by the event team.
7. Documentation & Consent
Daraloka and Ruang Dara will be documented through photo and video for archival and promotional purposes, including posting on related Daraloka channels. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed as part of this documentation, and to that material being used and published by Daraloka. This consent is a condition of attendance and there is no opt-out option for general event documentation. This documentation consent is separate from, and does not cover, closer filmed interviews that may take place during Ruang Dara. For those, additional verbal or written consent will be requested on-site, specific to that interview, before any filming for that purpose begins.
8. Assumption of Risk — Physical Activities
Some activities (including but not limited to Yoga and Workshops) involve physical movement or handling of materials. By registering for these activities, you confirm that:
You are physically able to participate, or will inform the facilitator of any condition that may require modification.
You participate at your own risk, and Daraloka, its organizers, and facilitators are not liable for minor injury or discomfort arising from normal participation.
You will inform event staff immediately of any medical concern during the event.
This is not a waiver of gross negligence on the part of the organizing team.
9. Confidentiality
In line with the Kata Nona Community Rules, all attendees agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, or share another participant's personal story, identity, or statements made within talkshow, workshop, or closing sessions outside of the event, without that person's explicit permission — even if general event documentation (Section 7) is separately consented to.
10. Changes to Program
The organizing team reserves the right to:
Adjust session timing or facilitators if necessary.
Organizer is allowed to change rundown according to the joint decision of the committee.
Limit or close registration once a session reaches capacity.
Any material change will be communicated to ticket holders in advance where possible.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dara Loka, its organizing committee, partners, and facilitators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance, including loss of personal belongings. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings during the event.
12. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For questions, disputes, or ticket transfer requests, please contact the Dara Loka team through the official contact channel listed on the event website.
